if my car racing pack 3 is on my secondary user on my ps3 can i use that content when i log in as primary user on d same ps3? and can i transfer the content between both acc?

I had accidentally bought racing car pack 3 r3 when im using GT5 r1.. Didnt know its region lock for dlc.. Now if trade in my r1 disc with r3 will my data n all be available instead of playing all over again.?

mine is d first edition of GT5 before spec2 but its updated to latest version.. does that mean theres no region lock? i can use my R1 data and continue on R3 right?

i wanna get racingpack 3 r1 but still confuse about few stuff.. can i use this dlc on other user without login my psn once i downloaded and install already?

seems that i dont need the family upgrade.. another thing is can i transfer my saved data between users.. coz i cant login my psn account on my primary user so i created another psn account in another user

alrite understood. let u know about my situation.. my main account which is using us psn cannot be login.. all my GT5 game data is inside that user account. i'd bought the dlc using another us psn account of different user thinking that i could use that dlc OFFLINE on my primary account. Tried to download the family upgrade pack using my secondary account but it says content cannot be access. really need to get this working.. a little confusing here and there.
