just before G election , damn easy to buy ASM, ASW2020 AS1M.

I saw people queing there to sell, did you all buy that time? I kept topping up whatever i had then, but frankly got a little feeling of woories also when it was too easy and successful to top up almost every time i tried......

if I was not mistaken ASN returned 11%++ last year and ASB only 8.95%.

does that mean I should invest more in ASN?

Based on my previous experience, very hard to get asw2020 after the dividend payment. Why? because a lot of people with the same thinking "others would withdraw" mentality would Q or wait the whole day "trying". also don't forget the "background transaction" activity.

if i put big amount into ASB/AS1M in one shot, LHDN will look after me? say 100k or 500k..

for any cash transactions more than 50k, you will need to fill up a form to declare that the income source and purpose of deposits

it's just a formality. i filled once and left the date & amount section blank and let the banks photocopy as many as they want. i put down my work as "office / errand boy" 

my client would be pleasant with that return. would at least nett them about 17 - 20k dividend...
