hi guys... its my first time posting here... been stalking this forum ever since the start of v8... lol... been doing some homework and research about ada and aquascaping... might set up a 4 ft tank in near future... any questions might have to ask all the sifu here yea? ^^
Added on April 7, 2012, 7:09 pmi also needs to ask... how much does it cost normally to get the whole co2 set? went to a shop and the shopkeeper quoted me 2 prices... rm620 with auto cut-off valve and 280 for non-auto 1... any suggestions?

but the difference between the co2 is the tank meter. shop keeper told me the RM600+ 1 is auto adjust so i dont have to keep on adjusting the bubbles... do i really need the auto valve? whats the average price that ppl here spend for their co2 set and any nice LFS to recommend? if cheap, nice and wonderful lagi better la hahaha...

but pretty sure the last time i went to jalan pasar, they have them for sale, but you need to specify which type of dimmer for which type of use.
if youre planning to use it for lighting, just bring your light set there , much easier and they sometimes can assemble it for a fee or free (worth the hassle eh?)

btw, if one wish to enter contest, do they need to buy specific tanks? those tanks look oddly familiar with each other. or can we use custom made tank with specific size given in the rules? yeah... all the tanks are Aquael branded ones...
