Details of the complaint :

I clearly mentioned that I wanted the case with pink sides. Seller also replied me that the case is with pink sides. Seller mentioned on his thread '1. Pictures are taken using actual product, so what you see is what you buy  rclxms.gif'. When I received the case, the sides of the case were black and made of rubber. In the photo posted by seller, the sides are clearly pink and not rubber.

Now seller is refusing to refund me my money, seller is only willing to do an exchange. I am not interested in an exchange as I do not like any of his other casings.
