Try ambank - I just sign the bank offer for my 2nd property oso around RM360k (90%) - rate given BLR-2.4 with 3 yrs lock-in but my commitment slightly higher so I require to put 10k in FD (no terms stated) .I'm looking for loan for subsale property RM360k, as it's my 3rd property, I can only borrow 70%.
