These days lock-in period 3 years start from 1st drawdown so essentially by the time Vped only left 12 mths. If leasehold property by the time settle transfer already past lock-in period-lo. what land survey?

Not like my older loan, after 6 yrs still lock-in period (5 yrs from final drawdown = 7 yrs!!!)
