QUOTE(ssmuhd84 @ Mar 13 2012, 08:45 AM) 10 matches to go. From what I can see, only two strong team that we may lose some point. Vs Man City and Chealsea. But these two games are in our home ground! So we cant take all 3 points actually! HEHEHE.. It will be hard.If we can win all 10 matches + Manchester Clubs & Spuds loose atleast 4 games each..we can be the CHAMPION! HEHEHE... Love the late drama..that the best part in football.. last 3 weeks Spurs is champion candidate we early season is relegation candidate hehe how fate turns but who knows? |

QUOTE(Azurues @ Mar 14 2012, 07:01 PM) Same can be said about Gervinho then now. Drop kinda further behind, and possibly even behind Benayoun now. He is in form (after ACN final) but dropped Too many inconsistent player in our team. And no guarantee new player adapt well to the team too. Gutierrez criticises Van Persie conduct March 14, 2012 Newcastle winger Jonas Gutierrez has hit out at Arsenal striker Robin van Persie following his bust-up with compatriot Tim Krul. • Wenger relief at RVP yellow • Hill-Wood: RVP happy in London A simmering row between the two Dutchmen boiled over during the closing stages of the Magpies' 2-1 Premier League defeat at the Emirates Stadium on Monday night after Thomas Vermaelen snatched victory for the Gunners in the fifth minute of injury time. Gutierrez told The Journal: "I think Van Persie was wrong. There was no need for him to do that - they have won the game, it is finished. "I can't understand a person like that. I think it is not right. When you feel like that, it is because you are not a good person. I don't care about the football, I'm talking about the person. When you have people who do that, it's not right. "We are all used to getting kicks - it's a sport of contact - but when you have things like that, it is not right. It is not easy to accept. "He was the only Arsenal player who reacted like that. The others were saying to him, 'Calm down, calm down'. When you do that, the fans go crazy as well, so it's no good for the atmosphere of the sport. "It didn't help the game - both sets of fans are having a good evening, they're enjoying the game. He made a big mistake. I say well done to Tim for staying calm. In a second, you can lose your mind, but we have to stay focused. "I was pleased with Tim. You have to think of the next game and the rest of the season at that moment. It is no good to have a reaction and get a three-game ban or something like that." Van Persie, who had earlier cancelled out Hatem Ben Arfa's opener with his 33rd goal of the season, clashed with goalkeeper Krul on several occasions as the home fans jeered him for what they believed was time-wasting with Newcastle looking likely to emerge from the game with a hard-earned point. However, the feud escalated after Vermaelen's late strike as players from both sides became involved in an angry confrontation which delayed the restart. http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story/_/...-persie?cc=4716 This post has been edited by little_mozart: Mar 14 2012, 07:37 PM |

QUOTE(HateFakers @ Mar 16 2012, 11:46 AM) I think Arsene will not be buying any midfielders this summer coz he's converting AOC to be a midfielder plus the emergence of Aneke/Gnabry/Eisfeld. Thats why we are always linked to wingers and not midfielders IMO. i expect he will not buy midfielder. We are congested in that area. If we offload diaby and denilson we stil OK. |

ARSENAL THE BEST
South Korea have allowed the Arsenal striker, Park Chu-young, to delay his compulsory military service for 10 years. South Korea's Military Manpower Administration said on Friday that Park's 10-year residency visa from Monaco means he can put off his service until 2022. Park joined Monaco in 2009 and played for the French club for two seasons before joining the Gunners at the start of the season. The 26-year-old was expected to begin his service either this year or next year. All South Korean men are required to serve two to three years in the military. hmmm |

“What has happened? It is a bit touchy to talk about it because I am an ex-player,” Ljungberg, who is wary of blaming manager Arsene Wenger, told the Sunday Mirror. “But there was a time when we were bringing in Gilberto Silva who had just won the World Cup with Brazil. We bought in Robert Pires and Sylvain Wiltord who has just won the Euros with France.
hmmm..agreed. i think AW need to follow his old policy. |

QUOTE(Frostymocha @ Mar 17 2012, 10:28 AM) Hopefully Poldi and Mvilla will come in. Vertonghen too I mean buy somebody form EURO & World Cup winners to add to our youth policy but with good buy la. Fernando Torres is World Cup winner too.But the youth system is too good and too smooth to be scrapped now. I think it would be a perfect mixture if we buy stars only when the need arises and the deal is too good to be refused. Poldi out of contract in 2013, but I guess Arsenal will still fork out some $$$ to get the deal done This post has been edited by little_mozart: Mar 17 2012, 10:38 AM |
