For water pipe it might be easy to talk. Tell them that they are wasting water and eventually the wall will weaken and collapse. There is no way to escape, must repair.

Just checked. they should is not water leaking. Because if it is, the condition would be even worst.

Unit above renovated, and create some extra pipe for washing machine and sink...So, the contractor said, 80% is leaking there - because the water leaking is not significant increase when raining day.

The place where washing machine located compare to the leaking part is consider not nearby... wondering how true it is. Let see how is going on this thursday...

btw, we agree it s 50-50, even it is 100% the unit above's false.
