Yeah. Affects high end. But if u prioritize low end then u can install, by all means.

Depends on whether ur projector headlamp uses H4 bulb or not.
*
im bought the headlamp that is used on gen2 punya...projector ccfl...nvm la if cant use then i will sell to other ppl or poison my fren since he is a persona user...

if install open pod then any issue from the hot air from the engine bay extractor?open pod will absorb the hot air that is caused by the extractor...

thats why need the extra enhancement. Enhancement like heatshield and CAI.
*
QUOTE(xandras @ Mar 12 2012, 12:08 AM)
Which is why performance oriented ppl usually build a heatshield around the filter.
*
CAI got anything wif do with intercooler?
normally CAI setup how muc? and the heatshield is just to be build around the open pod filter isit? or also can be like stock heatshield like tat cover up the extractor?quite interested in open pod also...cz i owes rev btwn 2.8k-3.5k rpm

QUOTE(xandras @ Mar 12 2012, 12:12 AM)
CAI = cheap stuff, usually used to channel cold air into engine bay only. Costs can vary between RM 50-200 for CAI, depending on where u go and the services involved.
*
ic...wif CAI n heatshield...good enuf to use open pod air filter?

QUOTE(V12Kompressor @ Mar 12 2012, 12:13 AM)
I'm merely adding another point to your already useful point

Geez, sometimes you gotta stop thinking that everyone is trying to debate/disagree with you.

KNN heatshield? Expensive for such small piece of crap.
*
got a picture of ur filter heatshield?

have to buy, since couldn't find desired ones at chop shops. They either have bigger ones for turbo or high displacement engines or the condition is too ruined. Found one KnN one, but sadly the size is too big. cry.gif

If you dont let them replace your engine oil, then defeats the purpose of servicing your engine lah lol. No difference than missing a service with them lor, i mean just for the engine.
*
no no...wad i mean is...i wan to use castrol magnatec but cant use self bought lube ma...others still can service...then after SC service then only go outside workshop pour in the castrol magnatec...SC service other things except engine oil...
