It gives me great pleasure to advise all Purchasers that the Federal Court has, on 17th October, 2013, awarded their decision in our favour to revive our abandoned project.
After the initiation of the revival works we will be providing all of you with regular progress reports.

The question now is whether Newfield or 128 Damansara S/B will take over this project..... and whether we all need to sign another agreement scheme...
But this 17 October 2013 news brings back the joy and excitement to revive this project in this excellent location where LRT Station 1 new Kelana Jaya line is being built.
