i need advice about engine oil... my bike is new and the mileage around 488 km... i found a bad feedback about Yamalube... is that true?

my lc 5speed es hand clutch is very very slow... only can reach 100km/h (full throttle) LOLX

sorry, if i just change CDI and setting sproket, can i get more than 130km/h? mine is LC v2 5speed with hand clutch...
