i dunno if im at the right thread...i need some assistance on stray dogs issue as my housing area are full of stray dogs, walking in packs sleeping in the middle of the road...problem is cant even bring my dog out for a walk or myself going jogging...my housing area is kinrara, puchong...any idea who i shud call...sry if im in the wrong thread
