I tried looking at mitsumi-SG, but I'll need to register as a corporate customer, and I'm not sure how much shipping would cost.

Hey guys, trying to get my reprap 3D printer project moving along and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get 8mm diameter steel rods from. I need both threaded (so nuts can go on it) and smooth rods. I'm also after Aluminium T-Slot extrusions if anyone knows where I can get those.

Hi,
Looks like you are building MendelMax. I have purchased some aluminium extrusion similar to Misumi's from Kosan Aluminium before (http://www.kosanaluminium.com.my).
