i am not stating the exact layout la. i just giving you the estimation rather than i type the exact sf.
those sq is all in the layouts. all you need to do just google and you will be able to see all the layout.

prices is all starting from and the info is SA give me one.
cause i am considering this place.
i already visited this condo more than 10 times already.
play badminton, go to the lounge chit chat, walk around the ground level, checking out the units.

so take it as your estimation benchmark. i dont have exact Sales number as i am not a agent.

i got SA already that stay in sky condo itself.
this condo buy for ownstay not for investment cause you cannot sell within 10 years.
to move in to a new place is a big decision.

i think their financing promo is attractive.
also easy to get loan since only 70% loan from bank, most bank will be happy to give the loan because their risk is less.
if you default, they can sell your property which they buy from you at 70% price. hahaha.

i also was thinking to wait and see.
my agent ask me go see, i thot wait first. no hurry.

when financing end where got people buy.
early batch they get cash back. after bank tighten cashback all developer change mode to financing.
sunway, ioi, mah sing, tropicana, LBS and so many other developer use financing to attract buyer.

some project after 10 years still got new units from developer.
end up they let agency bulk purchase the remaining units.
then agency mark up and resell it with cashback. macam macam in the market.
most important buy the correct property. dont fall into the trap of compress loan, cashback etc.

if for investment i think there is still plenty of opportunity in the market.
sky also not really an investment project for short term. with these rebate, 10 years lock down already.
if buy to rent, cant fetch much rental in puchong. market price not high.

yup. they can hold forever if they want. crude oil already going up and up, even more cash for them.
not sure now how many units is left for sale.
this product is for ownstay more than investment.

IOI is a palm oil planter they have a lot of palm oil.

65% up probably.
they got so much, all these are just like black oil money
