this Puteri 11 area not really "especially" prone to lightning because its adjacent to Puteri 12 which is much higher, and surrounded by Laman Granview (which is much much higher) and also flanked by Bayu Puteri apartment which acts like a lightning arrestor...It attracted keen interest due to its view although this area is prone to lightning...
