I booked 1 unit, if u want better quick, because left 20-30 unit as per last week, it just launched few month ago, almost finish.

Tower A Type B, after discount RM790k, it is not IOI project, it's under Sunway. 800m to KL118(Future Malaysia tallest tower), good to invest. Smallest unit start from RM590k but all sold out.

that is the price at 29% discount.
is a very nice place for own stay.

i am not stating the exact layout la. i just giving you the estimation rather than i type the exact sf.
those sq is all in the layouts. all you need to do just google and you will be able to see all the layout.

prices is all starting from and the info is SA give me one.
cause i am considering this place.
i already visited this condo more than 10 times already.
play badminton, go to the lounge chit chat, walk around the ground level, checking out the units.

so take it as your estimation benchmark. i dont have exact Sales number as i am not a agent.
i just an investor like you. info is from SA.

i got SA already that stay in sky condo itself.
this condo buy for ownstay not for investment cause you cannot sell within 10 years.
to move in to a new place is a big decision.

yes, own stay should be one of the best location and place in puchong.. Also if less investor the property will be better value in future as owner alway will take care the property compare to the tenant..

It’s the same for all projects under ioi finance. Much cheaper than when first launch. Without the needs of serving progress interest and with hoc, it is even cheaper.


This means ioi has huge margin and price their property at future price. Even with the huge discount still not able to clear all.

No need pay MOT and stamp duty.. No need pay progressive interest as well.. Cheap cheap, should be best year to buy property.
