I am a little curious, what about say, an arcade cabinet? It has an outer shell that houses a monitor and sometimes a PCB for the game (Electronic Circuits). Would it be dutiable?

Well, an arcade cabinet can be for non-commercial uses. Like home-use and etc. Would like to know.
