SDSL is called symmetric because it supports the same data rates for upstream and downstream traffic.

SDSL is good if you are sharing it with alot of people.. So the download and upload speed here is the same thus giving you less congestion..

SDSL is much more better then ADSL...in many cases

First the exchange , you will not face slooooowdowns , with other ADSL Users..Instead it goes thru a SDSL exchange...Meaning that you know , you're not using the same ADSL port... BTW , gaming is important , seriously..then you can divide the bandwidth , so that all users get a fair piece of the connection. BTW , I am a serious uploader too..even this JWBB cannot handle my needs , must try to ask them my upload to 384Kbps or 512Kbps...*damn*..Again , if TmNut suffers international link..SDSL users or those who are paying $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ more , will not be affected*. Overall i choose SDSL , first its cheaper then the 2Mbps ADSL and second you get 1.5Mbps up and down

*- you might...

My general view is that SDSL is far more stable than SDSL.

it's using diff card in DSLAM with ADSL user's.

Less intermittence than ADSL coz using new copper (inside u'r premises).ADSL just using u'r existing phone line (wire)

up/down at same speed.usefull for VPN with others

SDSL...and get VOIP modem. should be able to bring down the phone bill. BT? should be no problem then. high DL/UL.

The modem should be supplied by TM.
