May I know, where is your lockset from? Warranty?

I do quotation for LRT, TNB and various goverment projects, do i know you TS?

I am from one and only distributor for Abloy in Malaysia.

I am from KL branch.
I dont do hard sale, I did not bump or monitor the thread, however I do not play cheap and not honest like others.
These are high end locks, playing cheap are still expensive, not everyone can afford. We talk about quality of service.
We do big projects, we do not rely on this kind of sales. But, I cannot tolerate people compare our service and prices.
Also, I cannot stand if forumer are unsure about the Abloy product they consider buy.
No conflict, just that earlier you compare prices, but you did not mention warranty and service? Come on~

I have answered tons of your question, how about you? Where are your locks from? Warranty?
Since you have already amended your copy paste from my thread, answer or not I will leave your thread alone.

i) part time sales? lol, my salary is enough, no complaint. we have very strict policy too.
before any purchase, i will have person in charge to call, to understand which lock is suitable and provide advise.
if you buy, you need to walk in, we will issue you a company receipt, go through all the procedures. will you give me commission for that? lol.

ii) yes, all Finland, all original

iii) you sure? but it doesnt matter, buy or not depends on buyer.

iv) if wont spoil no need warranty? "This Abloy has no pin inside the cylinder and it never jam" ???
We call this rotating discs mechanism. lol.

v) seriously this show you doesnt read my thread at all. you want me to list out all my product price lists? it will take few days, lol.
Anyway, you can walk into office and with the documents you bought from us if you think it I am fishy.
So we probably can consider to provide warranty for your locks.

Instead of looking for my problem, just explain your sales item nicely.
