generally, i just keep the visa in my wallet for back up and i do not use it. so again, why should i pay if i have used points to offset the gst and wait for them to credit back?
it is about people are not doing their jobs and put the "blame" onto the system. am voicing here is hope someone from mbb can note this & improve.
i only use the amex and another bank master. using another bank is bcos i did encounter one time at overseas 1 of the banks cc failed to get through at hotel. luckily got another bank cc as back up.

I see no problems paying and get it waived back later. It is the same anyway. However voicing here doesn't help much. Voice to them at their MBB feedback call center. I did a feedback months back about one of the branch that i go only has 1 CDM with long queue. Later they installed a new machine smile.gif.

perhaps i am naive in understanding how the bank operations cash flow functioning by sharing from friends working in banks especially in actuarial science. if one person RM50, then how many persons with RM50, one does the math.

Just realised that purchasing items from Groupon can only be done either by Visa/Mastercard. doh.gif

Can't use AMEX to maximise the rebates sweat.gif

I also called them up to offset with the TP. The CS said will take 2~4 days to reflect in the M2u.
Sounds conflict with what the CS told u.... rclxub.gif

Now, is point deducted, but not appear yet.
*
Just for reference, my GST rebate has been reflected on my M2U. rclxms.gif
So is same as the CS said 2~4 days time to show at M2U.

I found out that the requirement for apply this card and the requirement is as below:
-My annual income RM 30000 which is (RM 2500 per month).
- I had 3 months payslip.
- I don't have the BE form in this moment.
- My balance is not much since it was my salary account for the latest 3 months' savings account activity/current account statement since i just deduct for expenses and savings.

Do i have any problem when i planned to apply on it?

No problem... If u near 1U just go to the cardcentre for 1 hour approval, and get free coffeebean voucher worth RM10.
Bring your payslip, and savings account statement (if different bank), and EPF statement if possible (u can print online if got online account).

Is MBB able to waive the GST like what Citibank has been doing all the while?

i must be having a sky-high dream here with childish expectation. lolx!

only expecting effectiveness a few percent or less than 1%. especially for those staff browsing lyn/fb/others with bb/i-phone/galaxy/others during working hour. pay attention and focus on their works, just a little bit awareness. everyone plays his/her role either in cc/it/telephone center in the bank.

bring at least 3 months salary pay slip. pls wait for at least 6 months then only apply if possible.
i do not see the need of a fresh grad so early to apply and start building up debts if one does not manage well his/her finance wealth.

You need to live in realities. Even though you expect efficiency demonstrated in other parts of the world to be emulated here, you got to remember that in those countries they don't tolerate surfing (non-business activities) at work - not even 1% is tolerated. Efficiency buds when competition is rife (among other elements required) and other factors come to play to force efficiency.

you don't get it, the people who are in LYN, and in particular in this CC Sub-section, during office hours are people who are darn efficient in their work that they are free to come here to post or most are self-employed, i.e. bosses tongue.gif

He said no EPF statement. tongue.gif

So, just register an i-Akaun from any EPF branch and you can check out the statement all the time.
Else, can go to EPF branch or some selected RHB kiosks to print out your statement. smile.gif
