How much will a septic tank cost me?

I thought you don't need this in new house anymore.

just bot one pe-25 for my project, cost <rm5k.
pe-10 about rm1k ,u need to check with the manufacturer see their septic tank are approved by iwk/jpp or not..

Actual price pls check with hardware shop, the last time i bot pe-10 only cost rm8xx, but that was 5 years back

If for 10 people, can we put larger size like 15 or 20 people so no need yearly suction.

not sure about that... the only reason we have septic tank is so that, the bacteria can breakdown the "shit"...

There is no advantage in having a bigger tank unless you forsee more people staying in the house in future.
10 PE is about RM1.5 K. There are lots of brands in the market - Weida/Goodwater/Supersept/JH

Desludging - that's IWK's job, you've paid them to do it. Better clear the tank occasionally rather than accumulating all the sh*t in a bigger tank right?

You also have a choice of rectangular or round shaped tanks to suit your space.
