How do you guys get discount from the lawyer??
Sign LO then ask lawyer for quotation and ask for discount??
Which lawyer can get min 30%??

Yeah...The 99 years leasehold period will end in 2099
Now it's already 2012 and the project will be completed somewhere mid 2015. Include some renovation and some dilly dally here and there it will already be 2016. So this means that we are short changed by 16years from the 99 years?? |
