ya i think they have priced in the future potential value of that area into the new projects. if the atmosphere can really works, and the fact of increasing population (sierra 16 residents, 3e, paragon, zeva), the whole area is very potential.

thanks for ur concern evelee, that's definitely not for u, dont think u got money to buy it. i bought it for rental game. as long as i have the holding power, who cares about that.
