Ya, tats the problem...i think aliance is the panel but not RHB...and since these 2 not giving DIBS, not much option now. Even OCBC not panel for block A... mad.gif

Maybe u can bring the 85% LO to show to developer that you have no money to pay for the 5%. I remember my SA told me that this can be a prove we not able to get 90% loan hence they shud refund. Please confirm with SA and let us know here....

By right you can't sell a property that u had sign spa until the prop vp'ed. But u can cancel but to lose the 10% n some % of penalty... But since in ur case is ur loan prob... U can talk to developer...Any comments from other taikors?

Can somebody tell me (with proof) that Trinity Group is also under Talam ? If so will it affect the building progression of Zeva in the coming future? I am going to sign S&P today but after reading the news, I am a bit worry.
