it is part of it I think but for me or the rest of Zeva future owner..I believe it is the surrounding that drive them to purchase it....

oh ya ..FYI, there is going to be future development at the Futsal building area..how soon I dont know but Trinity will build something there and I was told it will be definitely "not low cost" ...another housing project?

Assuming OPR remain the same few years down the road, your installment is fixed.. just the interest portion will reduce gradually but installment remain the same amount every month..

The only way is to let inflation and demand catch up, increase your rental to get it tally or getting surplus..
