I think i know what u are mentioned. Actually this LO is very standard one, just apply which u applicable one. It did stated the valuation fees too, but seems this is underconstruction, there is no need any market valuation report. Therefore no charge at all. The terms is apply for subsales. No worries guys~ we also very headache, but we cant simply ask them to remove it out, seems these LO is system generated one.

Actually depends. If you took semi flexi or conventional term loan, open savings a/c. You may proceed to open once after signed LO anytime or wait the banker inform you. But if you took fully flexi loan, open current a/c. Seems got RM1o monthly maintenance charges, no need open so early because once open they will charge everymonth dy. Just wait the banker inform you or remind banker to keep tracking for you. As long as before loan drawdown.

If fail to open before loan drawdown, late payment shall charge on borrower.
