house value up if this comes thru . people travel by lrt to puchong and back . great ~

altho the stations that are proposed around usj6 area , to my knowledge it will be massive trouble to find parking space . as both are surrounded by apartment and eateries .and also cutting through the main road .

bro, new 2012 loan guideline... 1/3 of your net income, not gross income anymore...

minus EPF, 2700 x 0.89 = 2403, 2403 x 0.3333 = 801... you can use 800+ as installment only, not 2k... unless you rent...

Aiyoh Kampung how many LRT progress sites threads you wanna open wan haha.. Lotsa ppl will feel confuse on the progress update liao lor..You already opened one earlier wth a real Google earth maps which is much better than this not up to scale picture..
