Hey guys, I'm wondering what is trade account and customer ID needed for ordering RaspPi at Element 14. I'm new to it and I don't have a credit card. I'm stuck at that part, Product availability is SG 81 xD

the multicomp cases fit very nicely, i have the clear one and if you try to shake the whole thing, nothing would move. so, pretty good fit

what's the difference between buying RPi + clear case with this bundle? the bundle is more expensive than buying seperately..... ????????????

seems weird..every time i shutdown my pi,i would have a hard time getting it to boot,i have to leave it unplug for a few hours before it could boot normally.anyone experiencing the same problem?

where got so funny one. i think u better look at your power source. just make sure enough Amps (between 0.7 - 2.5A max). If you use a lot more USB devices, then obviously higher Amps.

if it does not turn on.... maybe during shutdown. The voltage spike and the polyfuse got burn. Polyfuse takes some time to self recover.

but mine is latest revision,i tot polyfuse was removed o.0 but this seems legit

its a 2.1A power source running headless,so no usb draining power from the pi

Measure your Voltage between tp1 and tp2.

My theory is, during shutdown, as the power draw reduces, your voltage rose to above threshold.

The polyfuse is still present for the micro usb dc-in port, unless you back feed power via the GPIO or the host usb ports. They removed the polyfuse for the usb host ports.

Which one are you using?

Can you describe what you mean by "hard time getting it to boot".
What happens if you don't leave it unplugged for a few hours?

well,using a class 10 sandisk ultra sd card..well,when ever i turn it off,i couldn't boot it up

it doesn't help..but seems that the pi is screwing up all my sd cards.even newly bought ones,after inserting into pi,window cant read them at all anymore
