Hi,

The Raspberry Pi has a different connector layout than the common RCA to 3.5mm plug cable you can find in the market.
The one that we have as an extra connector attached to it to make it usable.

If you are interested, check it out here:

Thx for recommend,
just bought it today from your online store,
wish will work.

Do i need to setting in the config.txt (at Noobs)?

I using it with Recalbox (retropie like emulator), then want video out to my cheap 3.5" car TV.

If u just want KODI, i think cheap cheap Pi 2 will do.
But if u feel wanna invest more, then go for Pi 3.

Myself is Pi 2, installed with Recalbox (Emulator + KODI)
So far so good. Emulator still ok for me. Kodi also best.
Just i wish n know how to change the font size of KODI....as i feel so small....

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Any1 here know how to resize the font for KODI (my is Recalbox ver)
I try to edit the Font.xml with Winscp,
but it wont allow me to save after edit.

I actually noob for this kind of thing,
or i can use PUTTY to change?

Great, thanks!
You just have to press 3 or 4 at NOOBS setup to switch to composite output.

If that doesn't work, then you can look at changing config.txt

Working in NOOBS,
but still not in Recalbox (Emulator OS)
still need to edit the config.txt at NOOBS rclxub.gif

But at least RCA cable is working, notworthy.gif
now just wait me amend the config to get it work wit it.

I'm a raspberry noob. Planning to buy Pi2 or Pi3 for kodi only. Does Pi3 has significant different in performance when using Kodi? Like noticeably faster load or better playback?

for just media center I think better buy a complete media center, already installed with kodi and stuff. unless you want to learn and go though all the hassle.

yes but not so useable. better buy full blown media player. on right day media player like mi tv box can be fecthed around rm200 from lazada. there are cheaper alterntives there.

unless you are hardcore linux user thumbup.gif
