Can any1 here xplain to me??why yuran pendaftaran=163 + bulanan=198?? i know that bulanan charge for 2 month but wat is yuran pendaftaran??my friend's bill just 176.bulanan only lak tuh.

your 163 was 75 activation plus 88 contractor fees!!! if i am not mistaken...
what is your package? i don't understand where is 198 came from!!

You need to contact the agent and clarify.

198 is 99 package lo..
99 *2 = 198 ma..

the RM 198 is the 2 months advancement....

that means 1 month payment + 1 month deposit..

the monthly fees solved.. ok, now turn to second part.. did u ask tmnet agent to install or u self install ur streamyx? if yes another rm88 will b charged.. and when u subcribe that time do u see any 'waived activation fees' or something like that? if not then another rm75 will be included.. end of story.. i also kena coz the streamyx newest package is RM77 for 1st 2 years but then they charge the activation fees -.-

ya im thinking of getting the rm44 package too, just 88 hours. should b enough for me....

if self install can save RM 88....

so 1st bill should be RM 229 for the new RM77 package....
RM77 X 2 (1st 2 months charges) + RM75 (activation fees)

PS: my fren refused to sign on the paper of the installation guy coz he cant setup well....then my fren get connected after several tries by himself.....he save the RM88.....

registration fee is 75 + 2 monthly charges 198 = 273.. since ur bill is 361, i assume they add 88 for instalation fee

ei i think 77 package cannot save on installation! they say must have!

I just get my streamyx last week after 3 yrs waiting for the service...I went to online check my bill and it shows that RM 75 for registation and Subscription fees is RM 66... altogether is RM 141

I thought they should charge another RM66 for another month payment in advance.
