no such thing as international warranty
either direct steelseries or local
direct steelseries takes long time to process

Bought online means direct to SteelSeries la. Just like you buy razer stuff from razerzone.com. Warranty is directly to razer, the main local distributor will ask you to claim warranty direct from razer. correct me if i'm wrong.

i need little information here
i just got my steelseries sensei few days ago
when i tried it, i feel that right click button is harder than left click
left click is normal, it feel like most omron switch mouse
is that normal things for sensei ? or i got defect one ?

i feel this abit weird, becoz i never got mouse that have different feel on between left-right click
hope steelseries owner in here can give share some info regarding this

Mine was the same as well. Right click was harder to click than left click.

I think its not a defect unit of Sensei because it seems that the hardness of left click and right click were purposely tuned like that.

It was comfortable for me anyway
