Well, my Qck's top layer is still intact after wash. 

I do use some hand shampoo to wash it, but I think the cloth pad should avoid from strong chemicals.

After few years of use my Qck's top layer does not peel off, so I think it is a quite durable cloth pad 

My Razer Goliathus also peeled off at the side, but it doesn't become worse after I wash it. 

Not sure what causes that 

I have a little bit white stains on my mouse pad, before wash and after wash. But at least the dusts were washed

See the CPI switch button and the wheel have a led light.
That's an indicator which means led on or off

You can set the desired CPI to both LED profile. So the LED will indicate you which CPI you are currently using.

It all depends on you.
If you can live with it then better stay with it
If can't then better RMA it

Direct port or hub? If hub try plug into a direct port
And by default, one should light up and one should light off
How come keep lighting up?

Mouse correction is off that's why it can't move in a perfect straight line
But if you say shaky, better send it back for RMA
Or try update then only see if it fix the problem

i have no issue even when im using it on a colored pad

Colored as in limited edition ones? Like Tyloo/SK Gaming/NAVI etc? Thinner than the QCK Heavy by 2mm, the QCK Limited Edition ( I like calling it that) is 4mm thick. Perfect thickness. Same quality, some say smoother but seems the same to me.

Anyway, anyone interested in the Steelseries SX? Hard surface. Saw it on Heavyarm's website, the price is

confirm not ori... no news on ss releasing transparent pad
if coloured pad have no effect. I doubt plain pad will. use a dust blower blow the sensor see if it fixed
