Is it normal for a new mouse to have its Right Click switch louder than the Left click? My RAW is pretty odd, the right click feels bouncy, it wobbles if handled without force, the Left is firmer. And the click feels different too, right is harder than left.

Is it normal? Or a defect with the mouse's click switch?

But Sensei is both sides, balanced, this one is one side hard the other soft. If defect.. can RMA?

Hey guys, my Kinzu has some problems with the cord.

I've been using it for 6 months now and the fabric from the cord is wearing off. It currently is coming off at two places, and now my cord loops awkwardly at both places.

Any help and advice for this?

I see, I usually change between 2 setting (In game) ...(DPI) depending on gameplay...Sensei Raw can't do this?

Just obtained the QcK heavy, love it!

Just brought my Steelseries Sensei to the shop that I bought it from to claim warranty due to it keep disconnecting and sides coating peeling, within 5 minutes, they gave me a brand new one. o.O

australia. a shop that sells it and all those gears. just brought my sensei in just now, told them what's the problem, they plugged the sensei in to their pc, 5 minutes later, they gave me a brand new sensei.
