No...just go website
http://www.kpdnkk.gov.my/ download form ,print out and fill up all details...then email back to them...if approve...u will get an email back...after that ,u need to submit to courier poslaju/fedex/dhl...then only can process to clearance...you just sit down at home and wait only(if no need to pay tax)
