Recon is short form for "reconditioned unit". It means a used item that has been refurbished and fixed to become like almost brand new.

In automotive term, recon means the manufacturers will find used unit of cars with low mileage and in pretty good condition e.g Toyota look for used Alphard, get them, refurbished faulty parts with new ones e.g if the seats got scratches they will re-wrapped the seats with new leather or whatever material they are made from.

The model cars of Car Town will be made by Greenlight, which unfortunately isn't sold by any official distributors in Malaysia.

I've been playing for about 2 year already. Now level 109. Garage pictures here.

Level 1: Note my Honda cars corner. Yes, I am a Honda fan for those who don't know, and I have all the Hondas available in Car Town. Also in view is my Fast Five corner.


Level 2: This is my so-called Motorsports floor. All the Nascars and Indy 500 cars are on display here.


Level 3: The "Prestige" floor. Note the Ferraris around. Those are ALL the Ferraris currently available in Car Town.


For this past week, Car Town has been releasing lots of Fast & Furious cars, from the first movie to the fourth show.
