One part that I dont get it is how to submit to pos laju?

So here's the procedure:

1)Get form at http://www.kpdnkk.gov.my/c/document_librar...f&groupId=10137

2) Print out, fill up, scan back, and email to toys@kpdnkk.gov.my

3) Wait for the permit to be approved.

4) After approval, submit the permit to Pos Laju by fax or email.

Did I get it right? I went to pos laju web, but i cant find any info to send this email to them.

According to this list, model that were not intended for children 14 years and below is not toys. Problem is how can we send our argument..sigh..

I just seen the form too and read their FAQ. From what I understand, this form or the procedure is aim at local sellers or business importing toys from overseas to be sold here. Plus our diecasts are not toys at all

Declare as collectibles should be better. Mine was posted using USPS, and nobody will call because will be handled by pos laju, i just know my stuff was block through web. Now waiting for the letter from Kastam.

Really got list down DIE-CAST not a toy?

Just now I also told the officer...but no use...also have to apply,I said this is not a toy..this collection items for adult one...then she answer me''''alos have to apply....PUKAI...

omg? this tax is apply on those more thn rm500 or all toy no matter how much it cost? i still got 4 order coming... T.T

Added on April 3, 2012, 2:58 pmGuy, just received a bad news from Kastam. Frm 1st of April onward, all parcel from oversea which indicate toys must pay 15% import tax no matter used or new. All diecast or resin car that buy from oversea and ship into malaysia must apply the permit before bringing in. The permit form can download from kastam official website.

WKWebsite: Ur last 2 car which kena tahan by kastam, do u need to fill up any form in order to let kastam release ur car? Or just pay tax?
