Their so called below 1k factory defect rules is applied which is crap! The LHS front door had a big gap between the door and the A pillar. My friends heard wind and krak kruk sounds coming from the side. I didnt know what causes it but at 5k service, the Tech spotted the gap and asked me to make the report. But the inside SA kacau when I wanna claim, saying that the defects were only covered below 1k. Ask me to pay myself if wanna repair. My "temperature" increase, so I asked the manager to explain and show me the evidence that I need to pay after 1k. They flip the manual book upside down also cannot find and I asked them a few questions that they cannot deny it's not Proton's fault. They give me a oil filter FOC after that. LMAO!
