Looks like the watermark cause by the sprayer for the wiper.

Just wanna show example to bear because he said got dot dot thing on his car paint and he donno what is that 

I can confirm with u that u can wash it away with regular soap.. The watermark stain is almost permanent there.. either have to polish and then after that seal with my special coating u are interested.. hehe..
