Welcome! You should look for 215/50/17 instead. The diameter difference is marginal..about 0.7%. Your meter should be quite the same then, when compared to stock tires.
For 205/50/17, the difference is 2.3% which is quite acceptable,still within 3% rule, but not the 205/45/17...too much difference..5.5%.
