QUOTE(XCInspire @ Mar 6 2012, 11:41 AM) Your comments has been good always. This latest included. Then again, some people get excited most of the times with the car, so much that other things too becomes related to the car. |

QUOTE(XCInspire @ Mar 6 2012, 02:39 PM) We plan to hijack him to do dyno together... see chart, do adjustments, then dyno again... Also need to wait for him to fix his extractor. Precisely XC, tweaking after dyno and dyno test again, wth K3's presence. Like what Stewpik proposed too, we do the dyno in a group and share the costs out.Btw, u better not change muffler... Too loud for ur sensitive ears... It rumbles and you'll grumble... |

QUOTE(XCInspire @ Mar 6 2012, 08:41 PM) Yes, but the bardest part is getting his time now as he's been enslaved by his ruthless project manager.. doomed for an unspecified time that only his clueless customers can or can't tell... One way to get out of that situation will be for K3 to impress his PM to buy an Inspira. I thought he said his PM selling the Mazda6 or some brand. |

Proton put/sleeved on 1 coil of colorless 0.5 inch diameter polyethylene water hose at the bottom part of the rear springs to overcome noise. That was done in the 1 week period that they took my car for tests, that finishes today. They also say the top part of my suspension/strut assembly was loose ( they were the last people to do work in that area whilst changing the bump stoppers).
I had complained of suspension noises, even after the bump stopper & stabilizer bar bushes were changed. Today, no unforced nor abnormal noises oredi. This news is of no significance to my most understanding pal, XCInspire, who has resorted to adjustable coilovers. May be to others who wants to replace bushes and bump stoppers at Proton. They replaced my lowered springs with my original springs though, after some 8 months going around on them. No absorbers were changed ( so good eh KYB shocks). Car is 25 mm higher now and floaty too.
