Offer to rent K3's knn and cut hole. Confirm damn alot of difference. Actually for me the next biggest improvement after remap, is removing the whole front cover.

Did more reading.... really depends on the design of the front bumper ler... i think for our cars the effect will only be very marginal

There's a gap between the top of the radiator and till the start of the air guide/cover. This will be the turbulent air zone, which in theory reduces the cooling capacity. Unless of course u can install the cover to minimize the height of the Z height like that shown in your drawing.

Any cooling gains at most is marginal. We're not running our engines super hot, nor are we running in 50C ambient temp. Ive been running mine for some time, i dont see temp spike.
Jack was also running without the cover for a while as well.

Mine gone, no more sound until today

Only downside is, 1 month before that i did allignment, so after changing, had to redo and waste my money.

If can crank it shudnt be the key. Have u tried checking the ignition coil cables and spark plug cables to see if there's any loose connection. Can also check the fuel filter to see if any fuel flowing in.

My waja used to have this problem as well due to fuel pump issue. So best check the fuel filter to see if there's even fuel in the line there.

Another potential case (real life story), tikus can chew through the cables. So best check the cables in there, could be mother nature caused or sometimes, loose connection here and there or maybe the harness kaput.

If all fails, time to call proton and ask them to send tow truck, i think shud be covered under warranty.

Look for this item in the car engine compartment, it will have two rubber lines leading into it.



Take a lighter and ignite, pull out the rubber lines.

If got kaboom, then means got fuel.

If no kaboom, means no fuel
