If I'm not mistaken, some of the hyooge guys here go to True Fitness Jaya 33.

It's a solid place, but there's this blonde twat you'd do best to mentally block away. Sounds mean, but while most people deserve a second chance, some are just the plain result of a hole in a rubber somewhere.

bad thing about celeb fitness, they force yer sign a contract to last a whole year, then they increase them price fees without telling you.
p.s. working out in A/C air aint good as working out with an open window

only good thing about celeb fitness is that they have showers, lockers and maybe the steamroom too.

go to ghetto gym instead.

Lol you gotta keep an open mind here. Ghetto gyms are great, sure. Its cheap, and gets the job done.

But try stepping into Jaya33's CF. I shit you not you'll get your mind blown. Cybex hack squats, squat racks, smith, power cage and a TON of HS plate loaded machines, a sweet pull up machine, and still enough space for you to jog around the damn place.

Best gym i've stepped into so far and i wouldnt hesitate for a second to join if i was living nearby. its worth the money you're paying.

Keep in mind I am training in a ghetto gym right now. I have also trained in FF before.

As for A/C vs open air environments?

Pfft. Working out without A/C doesn't make you manlier. No difference to me, tbh.

TS,why not ask around and see which of ur friends are regular gym goers? Much faster to learn techniques and what not instead of bumbling around for the first 3 months

The gym I'm at has most of that stuff too. Hack squats, 45deg leg press, vertical leg press, smith, power cage, flat/incline/decline bench, HS machines, DBs up to 140lbs (not like I can use them, though), regular machines, cable station. I'm thankful as hell for this place! icon_idea.gif brows.gif

There's a gym around genting klang, near setapak. Forgot it's name though. There's also a ghetto gym near danau Kota called energy fitness.

nah, it's not about the manliness in working in an acless room or not.
it's the air. i find i breath easier with the window open with natural air coming in from the outside than from the AC. i often find myself unable to get enough air in an AC'd environment.
