There is no point in using newer ARM with Symbian. Limited apps, no flash, nothing much, and some of the GUI already being accelerated by the GPU. Its just a dead OS. All they ever wanted from Nokia was a good camera, regardless of the OS or CPU/GPU. It will have a GPU, to help with HD and FHD video recording/decoding.

No... actually I want to find out if the camera is good or not to replace my half broken LX3. It has a slightly bigger sensor, more pixels. Just wonder if the camera software is capable or not. Im not interested in the efficient Symbian that runs very smooth on Belle with just 256MB RAM, and yet a simple game or app installation takes ages to complete.

808 have 512MB ram woh...

this is need to clarify..bcoz i read from other sources there is vga front camera.

Anyway, I think there is a good reason why Nokia dont transplant this into WP7.5. All WP7.5 hardware is bound to Qualcomm chipset and I dont think Qualcomm can handle 41MP. Perhaps this will change in near future if Nokia really get special treatment from MS to implement its own hardware choice but wait n see for the moment being.

Yeah... you dont need gigabytes really because Symbian has nothing fancy that consume that much ram... but pretty lacking in megahertz...

hahaha... bro i know what symbian is lacking... remember i've my hand on the greenbot now...

the bigger the sensor is, the better the performance.

so 808 is third largest in the graph there, no.1 is fourthird, eg: DSLR with crop sensor... no.2 is Nikon CX, means Nikon 1 series....

then how about the shutter lag ???
and the sensor is it meaning the shutter lag ??
