What's the purpose of a downloader and how to use it?

The utility of a downloader lies in its ability to eliminate any restrictions imposed by file hosts. You can, via our service, download without limit from the supported hosts, as if you were premium on their services.

To use our service, once premium, go to menu downloader and copy your links.
Click on the green button "Generate my links!" and all you have to do now is download the new links.

What are fidelity points used for? How to use them?

The fidelity points are granted with each premium purchase made on your account. When you get 150 points, you can convert them into 30 premium days. This can be done directly from the account control panel.

What are the free hosts?

These hosts can not be added to our premium offer.

On the other hand, we can support them in "free" mode (with waiting time on the link generation). These "bonus" hosts are offered to you as is, for free and on the basis of the "best effort".

VPN and Alldebrid

The use of a VPN is totally useless with our service, your IP never appearing in the process, only our servers are visible.

However, if you want to use one, it is possible. VPN IPs are subject to authorization, two situations are possible:

1. The IP of your VPN is already authorized on AllDebrid. The use will be transparent for you.
2. The IP of your VPN is not yet authorized. For this case, simply complete the application form by following the link that appears when you are connected to
AllDebrid from a premium account, via an unauthorized IP.

All requests for authorization are processed within 12 hours.

Dedicated servers / VPS / Proxy / Remote upload

Following numerous abuses, the use of proxy, dedicated/private servers, remote upload is not allowed on AllDebrid.

Why are there limits on some hosts? When are they reset?

These limits have been established for a very simple reason:

These hosts limit their premium accounts themselves. So for example, a premium account from Uploaded allows 30GB/day. Therefore, proposing unlimited on something that is not a utopia.

These limits allow to share the quotas provided by the hosts premium accounts among all the users of AllDebrid, and to avoid the rule of first come, first served. All this is not to bother you. On the contrary, these limits will allow you to be able to use a little bit of these file hosts.

As for the reset, this is done every 24 hours, but it is not a complete reset.

If you ever have a file that is larger than the limit, you can download it. But it will take several days to fully reset your limit.
The equivalent of the limit is subtracted every 24 hours. Thus, for a host limited to 1024 MB, every 24 hours, your quota will be reduced by 1024. If you download a file of 3000 MB, it will take 3 days to reset your quota to 0.

My downloads cut before the end / stop at 99.99% / are corrupt / CRC error

This type of problem comes from a conflict between your security suite and your download manager (ex: Internet Download Manager).

You must add a complete authorization rule for your download manager in your security/firewall suite.

IDM provides several examples in their FAQ (see "Reason 2 ").

For errors during a compressed archive extraction (.rar, etc), also check that your decompression program (Winrar, 7zip, etc) is up to date.

The user account is subject to personal use only. Only the physical owner of the account is authorized to log to the user account.

Services usage

The user acknowledges not to use our service for downloading files that are considered illegal by his country's laws. We are only an intermediary, just like an ISP. As a matter of fact, we only offer a service based on bandwidth, we do not host any file. The user agrees to comply with the current law in terms of digital trust.


Infringements

The user acknowledges not to attempt to disturb our services by any mean, such as server attacks. The user must not attempt to bypass the limitations or use a breach in our payment system. Reproduction, partial or full, of the content of this website, is forbidden without the agreement of its owner.


Indemnity

If the service becomes unreachable for a long time, we reserve the right to compensate the downtime.

Terms of service

Terms of service are subject to updates at any time without advance notice. The user can read them when he chooses to through a link in the page footer.

Quality of Service
