u guys working ah today? I just got back from a ride..damit the heart rate didn't sync at all! eyy butthead you often have this problem not? with 2209 mhr? haihs..
*
ehh... don't recall i have that problem.. usually only when starting maybe it could not pickup the HR strap... i just dismount the head unit wait 10 seconds or depending on your patience and remount it and make sure i am standing in facing the head unit so it picks up the signals...

it is either that or you have james bond's chest (too much bulu tetek)... i jus counter that by either spitting on the heart rate strap or pissing on it... water is the best conductor... that or you have those hr monitor electrode conducive gel thing... (was jus kiddin, hope you don't do it)... but this i am serious... shave your chest...

or also maybe position problem... usually the lowest the strap can go is the bottom most ribcage bone in my case.. .any lower, it detect no pulse at all..

or maybe even battery... or ... i dunno...it can be anything...

dunno which works... so i just tembak all...

QUOTE(Sky.Live @ May 4 2012, 12:05 PM)
Tmr cycle kesas for the first time, see how it goes.. don't think i will like it,.. have to puff vehicle smoke and watch out for motorcylist..
*
motor lane where got vehicle smoke... unless got harley convoy... then, god bless...

QUOTE(joonming @ May 4 2012, 12:06 PM)
then why still wanna ride there?
*
it is called challenging... suck in enough CO2 and still able to ride like you have VO2max of 90 ml/min...

QUOTE(hianboy @ May 4 2012, 12:14 PM)
y...u...sound...like...today...suppose...to be...public...holiday...like tat.... rclxub.gif
*
for him... it is... for us... continue work like baboons...i dun think baboons work.. .but what the heck..

QUOTE(Sky.Live @ May 4 2012, 12:18 PM)
hmm bike - run - swim? the order seems weird haha..
hmm i also wondering, must be son of bosses
*
it's called mixed nuts triathlon... first, you mash your nuts against your saddle.. then you kick it around in the running leg... lastly.. you soak it in water and see if it bloats up after some bashing... (think of it as a cold pool recovery)

QUOTE(mrjgx @ May 4 2012, 12:25 PM)
haha i kuli also mah...but tomorrow is wesak day and company policy if public holiday falls on Saturday, we gonna get holiday on Fri biggrin.gif
*
your company is one cool cat...i wish i got hired by your company just for today...

QUOTE(malleus @ May 4 2012, 12:26 PM)
Just avoid going onto the Kesas during rush hour and you'll be fine. Best times will be very early morning on weekends or after 9pm.
*
cycle in motosikal lane ma... where got sesak?

early morning got those motorcyclist rushing to work even worst... at night, possible to get robbed...

QUOTE(hianboy @ May 4 2012, 12:31 PM)
my company policy said: thats your problem
*
if i were your boss... i'd give you a dildo and ask you go F yourself...

QUOTE(Sky.Live @ May 4 2012, 12:36 PM)
my company says next day holiday? you better finish your work today =(
*
and still come back work tomorrow.. and dun expect to leave work early.. and OT without re-reimbursement... and no leave replacement...and you pay your own meals for the day...

i was just jokin... it happened only once as far as i recalled... i think 5 riders got robbed of their bikes... which i think they were targeted...

usually during night time quite a lot of riders... so, it is quite safe over the entire distance... lighting is not too bad as well except for some parts, mostly near the under cross tunnels having some overgrowing trees covering the street lights and creating some shades...

that's overkill.. the support car won't be in the motor lane with you... neither does kesas have enough emergency lanes for cars to stop.... so, the support car ends up waiting at the end point doing nothing much but being bored to death waiting for the riders to reach the end point or way points...

kesas is as safe as it gets... as long as you keep your line straight... passing by motorcyclists will slow down and give enough room for both parties to maneuver...
