Xperia p user report in. Yes one x camera is much better then p. But come on diff category la.

i think i love back the sony product.... here is my story :


last eyar when i get in touch with arc, i was disappointed with the lag and interface..so that time i told my self enough, 1 of the worse unit i ever own... after that i stick to only htc / samsung.

recently, dono why why, suddenly would like to try out sony after seeing the failure of htc hardware and complaint due to the manufacturing faulty... and after using one x and s3.... i feel like why don gv a try to sony since i already gv 2nd chances to htc also ...

so for the past 2 week i was targeting on xperis p / s / acro s / ion...as my min requirement was 16gb storage and 1gb ram so it can b upgrade to jb in future.

after think deeply... i think i will go and get a 2nd hand set xperia p due to this is the cheapest and safest investment... and here it is. got the unit this afternoon.

whole afternoon was jsut some simple browsing and check setting, until just now when i want to type some message / makes a call, i was like...eh...the way it works was like htc..... it go pinch to zoom, the smart dialing level as equal as htc and better then samsung s3... immediately i makes my own conclusion that i found htc replacment unit.

will spend few more days to explore the pro and cos.


suddenly i am wondering.... if i go for ion, will the camera perform on par with htc one x? i like the s3 and 1x 0 shuffer lag when capture camera...and the quality is better then p, that is of cos one as p was only mideange, so i am wondering now how ion / arco s / s perform compare with 1x.

Yupe better to do that for all andriod phone. My fren listen to my advise on his ics xperia s unit and now no complaint

+1... i am highly agree with you, why cant sony just offer a bigger battery / delovep a better battery tech since they are oem battery for so many notebook... my xp also sucks battery...worse then nexus i would said, and my nexus have more apps then xp...my god...so when i reach office, i charge it, even if the battery still got 80% or wat... cause u nvr know ur battery anytime will just drop 10% in 1 hour in 3g idle mode.

yes, consider the price range, xp is vy good phone....

if u don hv casing...then make sure u don put the phone inside pocket together with the key chain.... never ever...

if you talk abut reception signal, i am comparing one x and sony, i can said sony better then one x, as that time my one x put with umobile sim, when in my office, one x will always show roaming signal due to poor signal it receive, but when i use xperia p / samsung phone, it nvr fall to roaming, and i can online with h+.

xperia p battery drain vy fast if u on 3g mode. so i always charge in the office, always make it 100%.

taking photo...well, u cant expct much since this is midrange phone, it can auto focus but it need a while...just like all previous non smart phone from sony i can said. still acceptable.

video quality so so . still acceptable

borwsing / facebook no issue due to dual core and 1gb ram. i would said quiet responsive. don need to worry how many apps it runs background.

i consdier my gnex photo is much more better..0 shutter lag, big screen, good camera also... startup time both is about the same, not that fast like on youtube.... mayb sony new model like xperia T is super fast kua...not for P lo...

if want good start up time, i my self vote for one x in terms of camera quality....camera only la...hahah

try go for original and not ap set if the price diff was only less then 100.
