Design wise still being shadowed by SE.

Common Sony you can do better job with your own design

They cant avoid it, sony just bought over ercisson few weeks ago they cant vomit a phone out just like that. If you seen the prototype of the xperia P it still carries Sony Ericsson name. If you really want a real sony phone, wait until end of 2012 or 2013. tongue.gif

i definitely will choose P (if the price is ok), i dont need a quad core to run whatsapp or browse web. Dua core is more than enough for my daily needs.

but Xperia S so expensive=.=.. what is white magic actually?
*
Conventional LCD consists of 3 sub pixels in a single pixel which are red, green, blue (RGB). In order to produce a white color, light is shine through all three pixels (RGB). Power consumption is high as you need to shine light to all three pixels. White magic technology added a white pixel into the sub pixels which means now you have RGBW. In this case when you need a white color, you only need to shoot the light into white pixel instead of RGB pixels. By doing this, power consumption can be lower.

hi guys, recently just got my xperia p. It was on ginger bread, everything works fine until i update to ics last few days, battery life went downhill and the image lags when double tap to zoom. Is this normal? unsure.gif initially i update through pc companion, then do a repair, finally use sony update service. It is all the same..a bit regret update to ics.... sad.gif
