I wore T-touch for 4 years ever since it was released until it was stolen last year.

Best watch ever. I've scraped and banged the watch so many times that it actually failed once but was covered under warranty.

Now i'm wearing Ball. smile.gif

Hi Guys,

I am actually buying a watch for my wedding and Tissot is one in my shortlist. I searched in this forum and found no specific Tissot thread. So I guess, creating a thread specifically for Tissot would be a good idea too to discuss about current and upcoming models, your collection, places to buy, etc.

I am eyeing on this model:

It is currently leading other watches in my shortlist. Brand, design and price are within my expectation. If I go and pick this model, it would be my very 1st Tissot watch in my collection. It's just matter of time for me to make a purchase. From my survey, all shops offering 15% discount from the recommanded selling price. It would be great if you guys let me know the shop offerig >15% for Tissot. wink.gif.

For those who already own Tissot watches, please share your review, opinion, rating, etc of your watches. It might be a good reading too for all of us here.

Thanks.

here's my couturier...loving it everyday...only thing that I kinda regreted was the 39mm face is a tad bit small for my wrist...makes a good dress watch..

I somehow agree to gapnap after getting my first tissot..I never went back to check out any other tissot..not that I don't like them but the purchase was made base on general perception of it's swiss made..and it's the more affordable ones comparing to other swiss brand...in a higher "class" kononnyer lah hehe...I'm VERY new to watches and I've just started to do more reading on watches after I got my first watch..the criteria of my next watch have changed from then...mainly for the reason of knowing that there are other better options out there with similar price range...or could be cheaper! it's always nicer to have a combination of dress/sports/casual watch with different make rather than the same make for all..just my 2 cents..heh...

I'd still buy a tissot but maybe not my 2nd or 3rd lol... tongue.gif

P.S: but I notice seiko fans love to collect them...its never ending...which is why I'm getting a seiko for my next...

I'd been looking for seiko for many days, hard to get nice design from seiko, they put too much details and too complicated.

Tissot T-Touch really give me alot of headache.

It too fragiler to used daily.

Brought it at Year 2007. RM3500. 2008 Go Swimming and it dies. Claim Warranty...1 on 1 exchange from Swiss Watch (Wisma Goldhill) waiting 3 month.

2009 The Main button on middle which press it to go touch screen mode Jam. repair it cost me RM480.

2010 ...Same Problem....it jam again.......Same Price of repair RM480.

2011 .... it jam again...Wisma Goldhill teachnician fade up...call swiss for 1 on 1 exchange for free to me.

2012 until today so far so good.

I brought another Tissot PR50 watch for daily used. Recently I also brought another Casio Watch from Japan for daily used also.
