Got some doubts regarding about this RM600 PRC200, seller says it is "100% Authentic Original Watches" when I ask if it is legit Tissot or chinese fakes...
I had never have a premium watch before, no idea if this is proper Tissot or not
Any idea? thanks
That price difference comparing to the proper seller on lazada...

I'm also looking for this watch, but I found something few weeks ago while checking with image.

For the left image, you could see the details of the watch is not matched with the online Tissot website

A few thousand ringgit Watch and you want to risk it by buying from Lazada? Better to just throw your money into the ocean and hope the waves bring it back.

Lazada a lot of fakes lah.

This group many professional and richman but they never know where they buy their watches :>

I buy mine from Cortina, SWG and Hour Glass. Sometimes from foreign ADs when I travel abroad. But I am not rich so probably your question wasn’t targeted at me specifically.

I have been offered at the most 15% for a Tissot Watch. Never seen 20% for years now ever since Swatch Group tightened their grip on the grey market.

Been thinking and doing research about this timepiece for weeks. I would say yes.

Tissot T120.407.17.041.00
A few things / highlight that I personally like:

1. Power reserve 80 hours - useful when you have several automatic timepiece

2. Ceramic Bezel + Sapphire Glass - I have timepiece with sapphire glass, but scratch mark all around it and number on bezel start turning yellowish. A combination of ceramic bezel with sapphire glass, I believe the timepiece will last longer, always keep its “brand new” look.

3. Overall design - Especially the blue gradient dial with rubber strap. The dial makes the overall look unique and high end.

One of the closest competitor is Certina DS action diver. This Certina have ISO 6425. Not that I go diving, but if Tissot include this will be an extra bonus. Since both brand are under Swatch group, I believe they use ISO 6425 and ceramic bezel to cut cost and to differentiate it.

I don't want to go too technical. But in short, the price very competitive and worth it, considered all the features that the timepiece has.

If you like diver style design, looking for a long lasting entry level Swiss watch, is a good choice thumbsup.gif

* I might get mine from Lazada / Shopee (RM2400+-). Store after discount I get lowest is RM2600.

I am not a watch expert but i somehow agree with you. With the price around RM2.5k getting such features (300m for diving and 80 hours power reserve) i feel worth it.

Tissot is making the timepiece competitive. Thanks for the detailed explanation.

Yeah. 15% discount is the most from non-Tissot boutique shop. But at Tissot boutique shop directly owned and operated by Swatch Group at Pavilion KL and KLCC, the discount offered is only 10%. Any idea if we could press for 15% discount ?

Tissot watch should come with 2 years worldwide warranty. You bought it at more than 50% off RRP, unfortunately it is likely to be a replica.

I use to be able to wriggle for an extra 2% if paying cash but not anymore. They won’t budge and told me it’s the same for cash or card.

Probably we will need to look for some small town shop carrying Tissot for that 20% discount..

Do you happen to know if we can buy at their HQ at Wisma Goldhill ? I wonder if it is possible to press for 15% or more discount since it’s the HQ. I’ve been there once to change battery last year. Should have asked them then.

They don't sell watches at their HQ. I have asked them before. Even if they did, they would charge MSRP

I see. In that case, the best bet is through Tissot Authorised Dealer for the 15% off for non-Limited edition Tissot.

I spoke to a salesperson at Watchshoppe Mid-Valley located at GF Centre Court. They can order any model for you that they don’t display in store and still offer you 15% off as long as it is non-Limited edition Tissot.

I’ve seen people mentioned about Tissot Boutique in Milan, Italy. Do they offer discount on top of the VAT refund for non-EU citizens ?
