Not just saga.. Persona dashboard got a colony of hamsters there..

Haiz.. sadding lah everywhere got rattling sound.. Next time Proton should come out with DIY how to open and reinstall the whole dashboard.. So i kasi welding all the parts together..

The doors are very easy to open up, just 5 screws and u can pop out the whole panel starting from the bottom.. Its just the dashboard part that i cant figure how to take it out owing to the tons of components involved.. And a dashboard dismantle last time in COSE took more than 45mins by a trained technician somemore..
end results was like this..

Btw more clips and screws means more rattling.. lol..



The amount of effort they took scared me..

Yeah me too.. Not going to pay to fix it.. Would rather DIY than waste money to fix something that they cant do it properly in the first place..

Nope.. is take it out totally and reassemble.. Cos there was some wind leaking in at high speed from the left.. When u speed above 120kmh its very loud like somebody blowing air like that.. Later found out that the windscreen bottom left the sealant there got a gap didnt stick properly..

When the SC fella fix back the dashboard also he add some double sided tapes here and there to make most of the connecting areas fit properly..

Btw got a few questions to ask u guys..
Does Saga FL 1.6 have auto lock? Like when u put down the handbrake and press the brakes the door will all auto lock..

LOL.. Have to pay to install.. Somemore her FL dashboard all rattling here and there.. and the back left door the cabin light spring rosak i think.. cos when open that door the cabin light and door open warning wont on..

Yeah its a female owner.. Me pakai PE.. She using the FL.. Office colleague..

Haiz girls all dunno how to maintain car one.. Tmr have to pau her car and bring it to SC to service.. Ady 12k mileage and she hvnt done her 3rd service yet..
Pity the car.. I also feel sakit for it..

Nvm not same also got a lot of strengtening bars and stiff rings and chassis foam to make it as good or better than original.
